Senior Video Editor

Are you a creative and detail-oriented video editor with a passion for producing engaging content for social media? RAGGE is looking for a Senior Video Editor to join our team and elevate our social media presence.
You’ll play a key role in crafting compelling, high-quality videos that resonate with our audience and align with our brand’s vision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, edit, and produce high-impact video content specifically tailored for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Linkedin, etc.)
  • Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop content ideas, ensuring they align with campaign goals and target audience needs.
  • Repurpose existing content into engaging short-form videos, stories, reels, and ads that optimize audience engagement.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in social media and video editing techniques to ensure fresh, modern content.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all video outputs while pushing the boundaries of creativity.
  • Manage multiple projects under tight deadlines, maintaining high quality and attention to detail.
  • Implement feedback and revisions to meet the creative vision and objectives.
  • Oversee color grading, sound mixing, and basic motion graphics to enhance production value.

Requirements:

  • +3 years of experience in video editing, with a strong portfolio showcasing social media content.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop) or similar software.
  • Proficiency in Canva and CapCut, specifically for social media video creation and optimization.
  • In-depth knowledge of video formats, resolutions, and best practices for each social media platform.
  • Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and timing for engaging social media content.
  • Experience with motion graphics, sound design, and color correction.
  • Ability to work independently and in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
  • Knowledge of social media algorithms and how video content can drive engagement and reach.

Preferred:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, digital marketing or agency environment.
